Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. A dispatched order means it has been handed over to our shipping partner and is on its way to you.

During peak seasons or holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We appreciate your patience during these busier periods!

Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location. Here’s what you can expect:

Order Details & Shipping Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can lead to processing delays or cancellations.

If our system detects a potential issue with your address, we’ll contact you via email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back within that time, your order may be cancelled.

Need to make a change? Reach out to us at contact@outnap.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to update your details, changes may not always be possible once processing has begun.

Delivery Delays

We know how important timely delivery is. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, some delays are beyond our control, including:

Payment or address verification issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is in the hands of our shipping partners, Outnap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we’re here to help.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen:

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Reach out to us at contact@outnap.com so we can assist and follow up on your behalf.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation and claim outcome. If needed, we also suggest filing a police report for missing packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We understand that mistakes occur. It is the customer's duty to ensure the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If it is incorrect and we are not notified of this within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.

Missing Packages

It's super frustrating when packages go on their little adventures. If yours seems to be lost or someone else decided they need it more than you, let us know right away at contact@outnap.com. We'll jump on it though do keep in mind that once your order leaves Outnap HQ, it's in the carrier's hands.
