I used this vacuum straight out of the box. It's lightweight, making it much easier to vacuum the places that my dog likes to nap and lounge on: dog bed, ottoman, couch, and bed. The design of the vacuum makes it easy to clean relatively flat surfaces like I just mentioned.
I’m really happy with this vacuum. I was amazed at how much it picked up on the very first use, even though we always use mattress pads and wash our sheets regularly.
I did not know that my mattress and sofa had so much dust inside them until I bought this product. Now we use it at least once a month or our mattress and sofas it picks up so much dirt that you never knew was there.
